FRP steel bar equipment

FRP steel bar equipment is a special equipment for producing glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) steel bars. Heating and curing system:

Cutting system:

After the steel bar is formed, the cutting system cuts the FRP steel bar into the required specifications according to the set length requirements.


Automatic control system:

Modern equipment is usually equipped with a PLC control system, which can accurately control the fiber extrusion speed, resin dosage and curing temperature to ensure consistent product quality.
